With a background in molecular diagnostics and years of hands-on experience in high-complexity clinical laboratories, Adam works directly with labs to help them bring new
molecular assays online, expand test menus, and navigate CLIA, CAP, and state regulatory requirements with confidence. Specializing in clinical laboratory validations, LDT implementation, and regulatory readiness. Adam’s experience spans end-to-end assay validations, including study design, data analysis, SOP development, troubleshooting, and final validation reporting. He has supported laboratories across infectious disease, respiratory, UTI, and specialty testing, often stepping in during critical expansion phases where timelines, reimbursement, and regulatory risk must be carefully balanced.
Subrata Chowdhury, PhD

Subrata Chowdhury, PhD, is a research scientist and clinical laboratory consultant and co-founder of GenHelix Insights. He specializes in molecular assay validation, LDT
implementation, and scientific oversight aligned with CLIA, CAP, COLA, and state regulatory expectations. Subrata brings extensive experience developing and validating high-complexity molecular diagnostics across a wide range of infectious disease and specialty applications, including respiratory panels, UTI, wound testing, pharmacogenomics, antimicrobial resistance, and next-generation sequencing workflows. His work includes validation study design, data interpretation, technical reporting, and preparation of submission-ready documentation for regulatory review.
